"This is located at the south end of the beach strip. It was a great location for this reason. I could walk to the local markets for essential items, connect with the locals, or go to the beach front.

It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. All the staff are very courteous and feels like family. "

"I like the location on the main street. They have all the amenties i enjoy. A pool to cool off. A massage spa , casino for gaming entertainment . But what brings me back is the service and the warm smiles."
"The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall.
Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.
