「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「My favorite hotel, I love all the colors, I never just sit in a lobby, but I did here, I read, it was so quiet. The rain shower was great, I want to have one installed when I get home. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very walkable. 」

"The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby.
However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning."
