「This establishment was CLOSED! We demand our money be returned!」

「The property was clean , the breakfast was convenient and very well maintained with a variety of options. I was especially impressed with the friendly staff.」

「They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean」

「 The room smells cigarette 」

「This was a quick stop for us along our journey. We got in late and left early the next morning, At 11:30 pm, check-in was slow as numbers were mistyped. We asked which would be the nearest outside exit to our room so that we could park there and were given the wrong information. The hotel was clean and some things had been recently updated. Other elements, such as caulk around the base of the shower could use some attention. All in all, it was a good stopover since the hotel was clean and...

「Very very good here」

「Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling.」

「Breakfast was not good 」

「It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...

「Great location right off of the interstate. However, it didn't feel like that was the case. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. This was a one-night stay for us as we were passing through, so we didn't get to explore the area much outside of the immediate area. We will definitely stay there again.」

「房间很大」

「We had trouble with the lack of signs to get to the zoo and had to detour numerous times due to Christmas lights going up in Oct.」
