「Very Hot in May . Food was great. Drinks were great. The Bathroom was small, not enough sink space and the shower the water runs out to the bathroom floor. Walk with your own water bottle. You have to get your own water and the vendor machine.」

「Everything was good in my experience. We didn’t like how self served it is for what we paid. Having to find your own table at the buffet and getting your own drinks was new to us. Also many times we needed to get our own cutlery, which isnt a big deal but for a 7k trip seemed like the service didnt match the price. 「The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.」

「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...
