「The staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel provided some light foods, fruit , drinks for guests for free. Breakfast was good. There was a restaurant down hill, guest can have 20% off in dinner time. I would like to stay here again.」

「Our experience in the hotel was good. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to different places in Switerland in our 7-day trip. Bern is the best place and this hotel is the one we like most. 」

「I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was very clean and cosy. The staff were all super friendly, the food was delicious and the general atmosphere was lovely!」

「This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! 」

「什麼都壞了⋯ 燈很多都不亮，插座也充電慢&位置不友善。還有洗手台龍頭好緊，一打開就大噴水！早餐沒有炒蛋，覺得選擇性少其他都還不錯（離火車站近&服務人員很親切）」

「L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et juste à côté du château, il y a des place de parking disponible devant. Le personnel est très sympathique, le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. J'avais une chambre standard spacieuse et agréable, la literie est confortable et la salle de bains bien que petite fonctionnelle et très propre tout comme la chambre. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel. 」
