「What an absolutely phenomenal experience! What began as an unexpected overnight stop turned into one of the most memorable highlights of my trip. I was driving toward Frankfurt when it started getting late, so I called the hotel to inquire about accommodations and amenities. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, making me feel like a valued guest...

「乾淨客房 員工親切 早餐好吃 酒吧OK 會考慮再入住」

「Good for a short stay. Located near CBD, Zeil mall and other sightseeing spots which is very nice. However the room size is a bit tight, and it does not come with kettle/cups/refrigerator... etc., which is a bit inconvenient.」

「good services」

「Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.」

「設施齊全」

「沒有手機插電插」

「Location right next to Bahnhof on the quiet side so I really like the location. On the nearest busiest street, there are some small kebap stores and indian restaurants which makes it easy to grap food. Hotel itself is super nice. Check-in was easy with machines. Room is small but decent. Rooms with air-con! Surrounding looks a bit complicated though because I did see gypsy-like lady groups wandering around in the evenings and once a man crazily drunk banging the wall.」

「沒有機場接送的服務 有點遺憾 ,其他的都還不錯.」

「Second time staying in this hotel. The experience was not as good as previous stay. Room is still clean and staff is still friendly. But for some reason they don’t come and clean the room even though we asked for many times. 」

「早餐還好 一開始說房間打掃須提出，客房不會每天打掃 結果某天回房間發現被打掃過了，感覺不太尊重」
