「The hotel is pretty. A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. 「I will not recommend this place to anyone. Had issues with the A/C , it just didn't work front desk told me it takes 30 minutes to blow cold air. I had to buy a fan to plug in the wall. This has to be the worst experience I had , I've been using hotels.com for 5+ years I travel all the time, 20+ nights a year. This was so uncomfortable」
