「I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! 「Absolute paradise of a location!! The views are spectacular and there is wildlife everywhere you look. The sea is crystal clear and amazing for snorkelling in the shallow reefs with so much wildlife and different ecosystems. 「A perle in the hotel world, looks a bit shady from the street, but inside it is really delicate and super friendly staff. We were upgraded to junior suite with a double sized balcony. Very nice breakfast with superb view from the rooftop terrace. All in all 10 out of 10」

「I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅」
