「This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional.」

「Room was quiet. The place is in desperate need of new furniture and linens. Staff was nice. No coffee or breakfast. Not in great part of town. I was glad I was not alone. Would not stay there again.」

「I loved it and will definitely be back! The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. The only criticism I have was the bed was very firm and not as comfortable as I would have liked and there was also horse manure on some of the walking paths but otherwise not a big deal as the property was beautiful」

「Had a great experience. I was even allow to check in early, no extra cost and the staff was very accommodating. Recommended stay as I will be back again.」

「We had a great stay for the most part. Rooms were clean and nice. There was a loud party Halloween night by the pool. I and my daughter really needed to sleep but that party went on until after 1am. We were unfortunately overlooking the pool where the party was. If only I had remembered to bring some headphones.」

「Very nice staff and great service. They tried very hard for my problems. 」

「Clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was varied and good. Close handicap parking to desk and elevator. Lobby is cold. Bring sweater to breakfast. Will stay here again when departing from IAH. Pleasant stay.」

「Everything is good」

「Nice, I’d stay again」

「👍」

「A bit pricey, but very nice, and we will continue to stay there」

「Charged for parking without being told up front…why??? I’m already paying for the room, just feels like a cheap shot getting charged to park. Only one elevator was working the whole time. No daily service to empty trash or anything.」
