"無人チェックイン、予約番号、電話番号、名前　の何れかで行う必要があり、今回、何とか名前で入れました(他は何故か引っかからず)。入れなければトラブル対応の電話番号が表示されていたので電話をかけるらしい。フロントのスパイダーマンが良い雰囲気を出しています。早めに入れれば、夜食のサービスがあるらしい。カレーが美味しかった。部屋に入ると和室で、フロントの雰囲気とのギャップに驚き（笑）布団にシーツが無かったので、持参(車中泊)していたものを使用しました。必要無いような布団カバーだったのだろうか？朝までランドリールームが使用でき、長旅の過程だったので助かりました。"

"Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!"

"The staff was terrific; very kind and attentive. The view of the Tori gate was incredible from our room. Food was wonderful and there was a lot of it! More that anything, Miyajima is just a wonderful place! If we can manage it we will go back! Also, they have no issue with tattoos in the onset, which is a plus for me!"
