Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea, an IHG Hotel

"Everything was amazing, starting by the check in process until everything else. However there are few things I'd like to mention: 1- the beach is far and need to walk along way going down the stairs then going back up. 2- some showerheads were not working on the beach, I had sea salt in my eyes and had to walk to the far showerheads to clean up. 3- we had to order housekeeping stuff (bath robes and sponges) everal times before they send them. 4- this is just for future awareness, at the pools area the water drain was not in place correctly, it was lifted up a little bit, so I hit my foot while leaving the pool and there was blood everywhere and the had the medical stuff come and check on my foot. Other than that EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The food there is also very tasty and delicious. Highly recommended and respected hotel "

"Really enjoyed my experience, the staff is super accomplished and helpful even during stressful times. Everything is super clean and organized and I guess the one thing I’d have appreciated is for the sauna and steam room to be included in the hotel fee"
