"From the very start to the very finish of our stay, my family and I felt so very welcomed. The hotel was extremely clean and orderly. This particular hotel is very cozy. The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.
