「Sehr gütes Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich.」

「Sehr nettes Personal 」

「Very nice stay at the property. The room was very spacious, appeared like newly decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast options were very good and the food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful」

「Good for a short stay. Located near CBD, Zeil mall and other sightseeing spots which is very nice. However the room size is a bit tight, and it does not come with kettle/cups/refrigerator... etc., which is a bit inconvenient.」

「設施齊全」

「good services」

「Location right next to Bahnhof on the quiet side so I really like the location. On the nearest busiest street, there are some small kebap stores and indian restaurants which makes it easy to grap food. Hotel itself is super nice. Check-in was easy with machines. Room is small but decent. Rooms with air-con! Surrounding looks a bit complicated though because I did see gypsy-like lady groups wandering around in the evenings and once a man crazily drunk banging the wall.」

「早餐還好 一開始說房間打掃須提出，客房不會每天打掃 結果某天回房間發現被打掃過了，感覺不太尊重」

「Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.」

「The price for the space is good and the location is good away from the noise.」

「早餐很豐盛，房間乾淨 視野很好，櫃臺人員很親切，大力推薦」

「The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location is not very convenient but it is quiet and away from busy high streets.」
