「Upon arrival and check in, our first offered room smelled awful, the second was a bit better & the third worked great. It was obviously a known issue because the staff asked if it smelled moldy when I said it smelled bad. Our 2nd room had some lights and a the bathroom fan that didn’t work. The 3rd was well maintained and quite clean. The pool got the most attention, which was comical considering the small of some of the rooms. I gave them 5 stars because the staff, specifically Freddy, went...

「The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for our entire family. We were attending a family reunion so it was over 100 of us. Breakfast was great and we loved the restaurant as well! The staff made our experience so great!」

「Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.」

「The staff were great. Thr balcony facing the river was excellent, due to an unusually tight schedule we did not have time to use the restaurant.」

「The tv has a ton of channels to watch but the remote control was impossible to use. I’ve never seen a remote that I couldn’t figure out. I could not find and use the channel guide. Definitely a generic replacement to the tv’s original remote. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.」

「Awesome stay」

Also there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The lady at the front desk said they were having a hard time finding housekeeping workers. They were down to one that day and the wives of maintenance workers were helping clean the rooms. The people I dealt with at the front desk were very pleasant. The rest of the...

「They can most definitely do better.」

「All was good and clean. But smelt old and a little dirty. And had a knock on the door at 11:05 because I hadnt checked out yet. As we were gathering everything up..」
