The lack of hospitality is staggering. Unlike other locations where the front desk staff are genuinely kind and attentive, here it feels like an afterthought. The beds? They’re far from comfortable, With so many other options available, there’s simply no reason to settle for this subpar experience. This is the only property I will actively avoid in the future.
