This is a budget motel... not the a five star hotel. If you go into the space with that expectation you will find the place perfectly nice. If you are looking for Tier 1 hotel then this is not the place.

The stay was great. Small thing that would make the room seem alot cleaner. The bathroom had dog hair on the wall in the tub and there was toilet paper behind the toilet that was used for something. Behind the night stand between the beds had either a rock or something and trash. The room otherwise was fine. We stayed in 306.

Rooms were not clean, burn holes in bedding, shower very grungy. Bed extremely hard. Breakfast was just bread and two selections of cold cereal juice was bad.

There is nothing I can recommend about this facility. The bathtub was outdated and dirty, to the point my daughter refused to use it. The towels and bedding were a dingy light gray and not white. The television was small with two remotes, one was missing the batteries and I could not get a signal to connect the cable box even with swapping batteries between the two remotes. We left the facility and found a room at a different motel for the same price that was far superior. I've requested a refund through Expedia, I may or may not receive it but there is no way I would have stayed in that room.

This place is def 1 star Outdated Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. Old is fine but clean is a must. The breakfast was bare bones. I did not expect much, As this was a desperate stop on a holiday weekend, and it delivered less. I hope I caught them on a bad weekend because the place was full. Just sharing a heads up.

Upon checking in, the staff member could barely stop scrolling her phone. I stood to the front desk watching her scroll and she eventually glanced up, asked me if I had a reservation and went back to scrolling. I replied, “yes I do, sorry for interrupting you, I’ll be sure to leave a great review.” I then went to my room only to find broken glass in the main walkway, HUGE chunks in the bathroom, shards in the sink AND SHARDS IN THE BED! I took pics of everything! My partner went to the front desk to see what could be done and the same wonderful staff member rolled her eyes upon receiving the news, didn’t acknowledge, apologize or own up to any responsibility and we then had to ask for a broom which she begrudgingly went and found it with no dust pan. We then swept ALL OF THE GLASS out onto the sidewalk in front of our door.
