「**Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Victor!** Victor provided exceptional customer service during our stay at Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and cooperative, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference in our experience. 「Very clean hotel, great staff would definitely stay again.they get bonus points for having a box fan for me and an extra charger... But that breakfast is awful. It's all warmed up microwave food, nothing but carbs and processed foods disgusting. Like probably the worst breakfast I've had at any hotel I've ever stayed at.」

「This is an older hotel but dont judge a book by it's cover. The room was clean ( no carpet!)and just what we needed for a quick one night stay. The staff was nice. The only thing I could complain about was the washcloths were on the old side.」

「The free breakfast was crap. Wasn’t nothing but cereal, old toast and premade pancakes you had to microwave.」

「The service was great. But the air in one room the nob was broken and the hair dryer in the other room didn't even work.」

「Unfortunately, the television had cable that included nothing local. NO news, local info, etc. No regular channels. All together a big waste!!!」
