「A great sized room with all we needed. All areas were clean, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable and good range of food choices which were all very tasty. We didn’t use the breakfast room but it looked nice with plenty of tables available.We would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.」

「Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In unserem Bad ließ sich leider die Heizung nicht abstellen, deshalb mussten wir oft das Fenster öffnen und uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen gefehlt. Wir haben uns einen zweiten Stuhl bei der Rezeption bestellt und auch bekommen. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Service zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.」

「We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. 「The photographs on the web-site give a good idea of the rooms and the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. It is lovely to have fried bread at breakfast. Bonzai is a great Pan-Asian restaurant. 」

「The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay although I complained. The musty smell on the 1st floor was horrid and the breakfast was a disaster. The staff had no idea about food allergens and when asked is this gluten free the response was I think so and walked off. Shocking stay.」

「When you first arrive the outside appearance of the hotel is terrible. Paint peeling off, name letters missing, and plaster falling off. However, all the public areas are excellent internally.
