「I was only here briefly and at night, but it was truly gorgeous and incredibly convenient as it was located literally on the airport premises so arriving at the airport took minutes. I only have two suggestions and I think they could be easily remedied. 1. Airport transportation (which is advertised as complimentary) made it very clear a tip was expected. Either charge outright for the service or talk to drivers about not asking directly for "tips" when they're actually expecting payment....

「I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. 」

「Kiboko Lodge is beautiful and quiet with a warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is beyond accommodating and amazing. They were so kind and helpful and arranged a driver to take us into Arusha the next day. We booked this lodge very last minute and when we arrived at 11pm they had an entire feast ready for us. Even late at night when we had issues with the power, they accommodated us so that we could charge our devices. I cannot stress how beautiful and special...

「We needed to stay close and other safari lodge we booked and Panama was as the perfect place. The staff were so hospitable and pleasant. They were the start of my amazing time in Tanzania. Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a 10/10 in everything.」
