「Nice location on the beach. Highly recommend high floor for best views of the bay. Really enjoyed my coffee from the balcony! Traveled in early November, so definitely not their busy season, but still beautiful, quiet and peaceful!」

「The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was immaculate. However the shower was never a consistent temperature as if all the rooms were hooked to the same water. If another room flushed their toilet the water would become scalding. You could hear conversations in the parking lot as if they were talking next to you in your room. I had a pleasant stay just not what I was expecting.」

「I like staying there I would stay there again」

「Clean room」

「There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front」

「The room was nice. We had a ground floor room with a walk out patio to the beach.」

「They have one of the best restaurants in Traverse City but on the expensive side, if I would of new earlier I would of ate there but we already made plans for all the days up there with are friends' and family. The Management team was excellent! We had a small issue and they took care of right away. The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. The pool could of been deeper and longer for swimming but good for kids. Great parking and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. They have a nice bar...

「Clean, great staff, and perfect location!」
