「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was not good. Croissants and bulgarian brood ( i suppossed) were not freshly baked,very hard and not appetizing at all. Eggs and sausage were not warm as well everyday the same choices which is disappointing!」

「Excellent location. Wonderful shower. Good spread at breakfast. Helpful staff. On the downside, while we were on the upgraded 8th floor, some of the building is still in need of updating. Breakfast area is tired. 'Hot' food on one day was cold. Decor on our floor not my taste. Too dark. But that's a personal thing. Room was big and had everything we needed.」
