「I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. 「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
