「Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.」

「Great location! Room was large and well decorated and the bed was very comfy!」

「Unfortunately the rooms had no sound proofing. While the staff did what they could to be helpful, this deficiency could not be solved. We were kept up by the rooms around us and opted to depart in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep.」

「Property is very convenient to downtown business, shops & restaurants. The suite was very spacious and clean. Modern decor through-out. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would absolutely recommend!」

「Very nice, reasonable price, great view, good breakfast. Easy tobfind. Recommended!」

「Loved it! Clean!」

「Room was clean, smelled of pinesol, very comfortable stay and close to town and caverns.」

「Clean room, plenty of parking and decent breakfast. Hard to sleep due to music blasting outside at around 1am… not the hotels fault, but it lasted way longer than it should have. Also, didn’t realize the hotel is literally 40 feet from train tracks, so if you’re a light sleeper, beware.」

「No breakfast. Overpriced, internet problems. No response to email questioning charge for water and internet.」

「Staff was pleasant but don’t plan to eat there. Seems very short-staffed & not prepared to host meals. The property is beautiful but hot water is warm only so attempting a bath on a chilly night wasn’t a positive experience. Hope the new owners are able to tighten things up & be able to offer what you would expect for an above-average price per night in that area.」
