"Great experience. Parking was easy right across the street. Very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"Room was big with great view of the Sun moon lake, though the property needs refurbishment as the grout at the toilet requires maintenance. Hotel was located very convenient to the night street next to it and within walking distance to the Pier to engage in activities."

"Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Gym yoga mat area needs to be cleaner, was dusty. Couch at the foot of bed was dirty looking with stains. Otherwise overall very clean, insuite bath was terrific."

"Great accommodation in terms of location. They were also very family friendly. I’d pick this one over the other Lealea site because it has elevators. They gave us a baby cot and it was great. I did see some mold at the bathroom. The accommodation isn’t as great as some other 4-star hotels I have been in . "

"Clean property, thinner walls, need to walk to their sister building for fully loaded breakfast, sauna and exercise facilities, but super quiet corner property with peeking balcony view of sun moon lake on the 5th floor. "

"Very originall hotel with glas walls. More well-kept and clean facilities ( eg. pond ) would be more atractive "
