"Hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice location too. Only complaint was that there os only a lounge in the lobby without a bar though they did ser e drinks. Not the greatest of atmosphere "

"All around the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The view of the lake from the lobby is stunning as you enter the hotel. The staff here treat their guest like royalty and would like to thank them for giving top notch service all-round the hotel. My wife and I found our room very clean, comfortable and the in-room onsen very relaxing. The hotel also has an amazing common area waterworld pool section and private gender specific onsens which I highly recommend taking advantage of during your stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious with an abundant of options to satisfy anyone's food craving needs. "

"Everything was awesome except the smelly carpet and out-of-work electric toilet seat. I particularly appreciate the high ceiling room which I never met in any hotel. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is oversized. Nearby with Sogo store department and lots of shopping stores and restaurants. Nearby bus stations… very happy with Airline Inn. "

"Service was great. The gym was bigger than expected and they had a nice sauna and pool. The property was a tad old but the service was top notch. I would recommend them overall. "
