"Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. "Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "
