It was a Great Surprise , the Young man at the counter had a Big Smile, he explain everything, even the No Housekeeping in a short stay but told me that if I need it Towels to come to the desk. everything was explained to me. There was No Bugs coming from Under the door, the people playing golf and staying at the Lodge did not bother my sleep. The room was Clean with soft pillow, Air Condition was...

"My family loved our stay in Orlando ! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy to access, near everything you need for your stay, including shops and supermarkets. Great pool area. Impossible to play pool in the game room cause it’s too small. I would definitely recommend the house for any vacation in Orlando, Kissimmee ! Absolutely loved it ! "

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "
