"The rooms are dusty and have cobwebs around the room and in the bathroom. The bath tub bottom has rust and was not cleaned as there was hair around the bathroom. The room also smells damp as there's not enough ventilation from the bathroom. It can be very noisy at night especially if you're located on the ground floor. No linen is provided for baby cot, only a cot with nothing inside."
