Although our ice maker in the freezer was broken. We were able to get ziplock gallon size ice bags filled from the front desk. Our room did not have a phone. So we had no access to call front desk if we needed anything. Tried calling the 1800 number but that continued to be busy for some reason. For safety reasons there should be...

"Everything was good but through no fault of the desk vlerk yhe phone kept ringing which delayed check-in. An answering machine, maybe? Also, waited quite a ehile for the shuttle at the airport. Other hotel shuttles came and went twice before ours arrived."
