「I highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to many of the desirable tourist activities. Also, it is close to numerous dining & shopping options. Beverly & Courtney at the front desk were friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. 」

「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」

「My husband and I loved this hotel!! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay! It was super clean, smelled great and staff were super friendly. It was an overall great stay! I think the only 2 complaints I have is that there was no iron and no dryer that we could use.
