「Perfect」

「The Staff were excellent! They were friendly and helpful. The outside seating was limited. Not all fire pits were working properly. The outside seating cushions need a cleaning. The oceanfront room had beautiful views but needs a deep clean on the carpet and outside balcony walls. 」

「We had the perfect oceanfront room and fabulous view. The room was very nice and large. Being above the garden by the ocean bluffs was fun. The best was they had fire pits along the grassy property. 」

We are so happy to choose this hotel and it is really being so heartfelt to decorate our room and treat us with sparking fruit juice for our honeymoon!!!we are so grateful and thankful for all arrangement, sure the room is perfect as well that we can see the ocean and cliff and pool perfectly 😍😍😍we sure will come back next time」

「Ideal location. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were only there for an afternoon/evening. But being able to walk to so many places was fantastic. There is a lot to Pismo Beach and the surrounding area. I’m not sure if there’s a shuttle. Maybe more upfront information could be made available or mention of the free bicycles. I knew because I read it somewhere. All in all we enjoyed our stay.」

「It’s leisure and comfortable to view the sunset in the balcony. In the next morning, it’s amazing to see sunrise in the hotel private park which is a beautiful place with tables, chairs, swings, kiosk. It’s very good location to see both. The facilities are good. It’s pretty good experience there.」

「Everything went so smoothly! The check in was wonderful and the bed was VERY comfortable. One of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Check-out attendant was the one who checked us in and he was super friendly. Will definitely stay here again if needed.」

「The staff was superb—everyone from the front desk staff (thanks, Tracey!), housekeeping, to the breakfast staff (very friendly and helpful)! We had a great stay with lots of pool fun and the perks of the dog bowl/treats, full breakfast and evening happy hour drinks with chips and queso. This is definitely a family hotel that can be noisy, which actually we didn’t hear too much from the room, but if you’re looking for a quiet, mellow hotel, this isn’t it. 」

「By far the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff was super nice and friendly. This is my go to hotel from now on. The view is beautiful and I loved how close it was to the beach. I also recommend the restaurant Pequin it wont disappoint.」

「You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.」
