「This is an older property which has changed hands several times, but it's had upgrades in a timely manner, and the current management does a good job of keeping it clean. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Each room is well appointed, and the front desk takes care of any necessary tweaks. It's definitely worth the rate charged and I continue making an annual trip and staying there.」

「Owners had over booked this property, but proactively reached out and moved me to like property, BoHo Nights. Very nice place. Easy walk to downtown Sanford. Coffee options provided were appreciated.」

「Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

「Great property thats within 1 block of local businesses. We loved taking the walk into town every night. Great communication with the host. If you are looking for a whole house feel in the size of an apartment this is it. Much better Alternative than a hotel room by far. 」

「Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.」
