「We had a great time! Keisha at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. The staff even called me earlier in the day to make sure we were still coming because we were delayed by a prior engagement.This was a last minute overnight stay for me and my honey-boo. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room (King sized bed space with a TV and an adjacent area with a letout sofa bed, a chair, a TV, and a small table. Everything was clean and neat. The only downfall was the room temperature...

「设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。 打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。 顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。」

「For an economy motel, the room was clean and in good repair. The bed was a little firm for my taste. Overall good for the price .」
