The free shuttle service was very prompt and a great addition to the stay both to the Disney parks and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"This hotel is great. The convenience of having a JR station only steps away was a plus. It is also very calm and quiet compared to the rest of Tokyo. Great for families. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast is very delicious and has plenty of options. "For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."
