"We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee. "

"Coming from Tucson, AZ the weather was great. My husband and I drove to see Luke Combs, enjoy a relaxing “honeymoon” vacation. The room was beautiful, the valet staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the girl that checked me in had a bit of an attitude, but over all our stay was amazing.
