"We stayed four nights. Check in was very pleasant. The front desk was very accommodating in helping us find the room location we liked best. We looked at 3 different locations A housekeeping staff member was a very helpful tour guide. We ended up with an inside room. It was a good choice. Room was clean. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows but they were a bit hard. If you need a special soft pillow I'd recommend you bring your own. The AC is a multipurpose unit and a handy guide in the room...

"I stayed here so I can go to work at 6 am and have somewhere to shower and sleep except there are no towels in the room. They have towels but the front desk person has no towels available to give me because she either can’t or won’t go get any. The front desk clerk said I could get towels at 9 am that puts me being 3 hours late for work. Not that this company gives a care about a hard working woman trying to make a living. It is ridiculous that the manager knew there were no towels in the room...

"Room was perfect. Room was good temperature, shower was hot, etc. The lady at the front counter needs to work on her hostess/people skills. It was like we were putting her out to get us checked in. It was about 7pm, so it wasn't a bad hour. I was impressed with everything else, but that first entrance kind of sets the tone to the whole experience. Couldn't figure out why we got that treatment. "

"The hotel was ok. It would be a decent place to stay if you were needing somewhere long term. They had a VERY strong plug-in in the room. I assume they were trying to cover up a smell. The bathroom smelled like a sewer after we showered so I'm assuming that was the issue."
