"Room was perfect. Room was good temperature, shower was hot, etc. The lady at the front counter needs to work on her hostess/people skills. It was like we were putting her out to get us checked in. It was about 7pm, so it wasn't a bad hour. I was impressed with everything else, but that first entrance kind of sets the tone to the whole experience. Couldn't figure out why we got that treatment. "

"The photos do not depict current state of hotel. We paid for what i assumed was the nicest largest room they had and the tv remote didnt work, the door card got erased, the pool isnt clean or even open and its mid summer, furniture was ripped, cut dirty, and 2 of the 3 beds didnt even have a mattress cover, nor did we get a single towel in our room, continental breakfast was far less than what i expected. The staff did their best to help in a timely manner but with 3 kids and a pregnant wife it...
