We paid for what i assumed was the nicest largest room they had and the tv remote didnt work, the door card got erased, the pool isnt clean or even open and its mid summer, furniture was ripped, cut dirty, and 2 of the 3 beds didnt even have a mattress cover, nor did we get a single towel in our room, continental breakfast was far less than what i expected. The staff did their best to help in a timely manner but with 3 kids and a pregnant wife it...

"We stayed four nights. Check in was very pleasant. The front desk was very accommodating in helping us find the room location we liked best. We looked at 3 different locations A housekeeping staff member was a very helpful tour guide. We ended up with an inside room. It was a good choice. Room was clean. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows but they were a bit hard. If you need a special soft pillow I'd recommend you bring your own. The AC is a multipurpose unit and a handy guide in the room...
