For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. "Although we booked Alamos Apartments the deluxe 2 bed one we were initially given was clearly not as per the photos/description so the manager moved us to another in the block nearer the sea called Playa Verde which was much better and actually had the sea view promised (and a great one from the 7th floor!)"

Found this to be an amazing price for the facilities & location but was skeptical bc the price was so much lower than surrounding hotels. Upon arrival I was impressed with how open the lobby was, it was very welcoming. The staff were so lovely & checked us in promptly. The room I admit was a bit outdated in terms of decor but it had everything you needed. I loved the many different large mirrors and the long table included....

"We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family."
