"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. The recently renovated bar located inside the hotel was excellent, although lines got long during happy hour. 24-hour front desk with friendly and knowledgeable staff. "The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade. The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep. The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it. There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water. We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel."

"Excellent clean, newly renovated room. Excellent location, right on the beach. Lots of shops near the beach to grab snacks and drinks and anything else beach related. The food was also great, nothing exotic, but just well executed food which fits everyone's taste. Pool was warmer than the beach, which was nice as well. Just note the visitors here are on the older side (as with most adults only resorts). Not good if you are looking to party or for in-resort activities."

"Great hotel with an all-inclusive option we loved. The hotel is right on the sea at Cala Egos. 3 pools and all inclusive option provide so much at a great price. Buffet has good options everyday. The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything we hoped for was here. Already planning a return trip here!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2026. We thought the place was lovely with all you need for a stay with friends, partners or family. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel has several lovely and well maintained pools, and access to the beautiful cove - sun loungers on the cove are free. We really loved it here and are already looking to return."
