"We ended up having a wonderful stay. It started out bumpy, girls at front desk very unfriendly and never told us of free coffee, breakfast arrangement until we were leaving and asked. Power washing of chairs was right in front of us and EXTREMELY annoying for 2 days. We complained and the manager Margaret Carcaterra was very helpful and understanding. She upgraded us which eliminated the problem so the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thank you Margaret"

We traveled for the purpose of running a 5K and were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was closed due to being out of order when we returned from our race.
