"Upon arrival I let Joy know what I was looking for & she made it happen! A nice, quiet upstairs unit close to a quieter pool! The little things matter. I was also able to get a later check out with just a phone call!"

"No daily cleaning service which was now communicated prior to. We ended up with two cockroaches in the room (thankfully on the last day). Some of the pools seemed to have a film - possibly from sunscreen - so it didn’t look clean. Otherwise good resort. "

"When I selected this hotel I wondered what the Plus meant, compared with a normal Best Western. For me, the answer came when I found that the free breakfast was better than any I have had except Embassy Suites. An important feature is the excellent staff of helpers who were quick and efficient. My compliments to the staff and management."

"We had a wonderful two room villa that was perfect. However, the upkeep of the grounds and pool area are nonexistent. Peeling paint/rust on the metal fences around the very dirty pool. Dirt was accumulating on the bottom of the pool and the coping and tile need to be repaired. This could be the best pool in the area if someone would put some work into it."
