"Not a cheap stay considering it did not include breakfast. Nice hotel though with a nice bar. Did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on that but the prices were quite high as normal in a hotel. Great location for the RHS Bridgewater Gardens which was the main reason for our visit. Nice spacious room and bathroom clean. No fridge which would have been nice. Not many extras like a coffee machine or chocolates but we did have two biscoff biscuits. The reception staff froze our cool blocks...

"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."

"Warm welcome from reception and we were given all the necessary information clearly and concisely. A courtesy call when we had settled in to check if everything was ok was a lovely touch. Use of the leisure facilities was included in our room rate which was excellent and we made full use of. Easy to get to the metro for transport into Manchester. "For a convenient weeekend stay in was ideal. Rooms a little small which meant they got overheated quickly beds very soft, not to my liking but this is a personal preference. Value for money in the city centre"
