"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"What an amazing property! Camilla was so welcoming, understanding of travel issues, and was so attentive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Honestly, probably the nicest place we stayed at in Italy! Located right downtown in Como- easy to walk to ahopping, dinner, the boat rides (if you do that), and the train car. Absolutely lovely."

"Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

"This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. "We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
