It was a great location. It was very stressful trying to find a suitable place to park as we didn't realise that there was Friday night football on but we managed. The place itself was functional and just what we needed for the one night. Marco was very accommodating for the morning that we needed to go.

Marco was amazing. We forgot stuff in the apartment and Marco offered to send it home. We only have good to say for the place and extraordinary kind host.

Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend.

Great location but hot and noisy

Friendly host, Marco and friend. Room was very clean and well decorated but it was very hot (no A/C, only ceiling fan), noisy if window open and there was no WiFi reception in the room.

Might not be the most modern rooms but absolutely loved the flair. Real italien rooms and we had a stunning view outside our room into the corridors of the streets. Loved the are aswell with it being directly in the historical city centre! Just be aware that it has a lot of steps incase you are traveling with a heavy suitcase!

Lovely little apartment

So glad we did not listen to the reviews!. The location was excellent. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lake is 10 minute walk with plenty of shops etc on the way. Marco accomodated us when we had a 3 hr flight delay. Check in was easy. Lovely little apartment and great value for money. Yes there is room for improvement and breakfast is not included but if you did want one Marco would see to it. It is definitely not as bad as some reviews say! Oh and there are 65 steps to the apartment we had! 😆

Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though.

The property is in a great location for food, shopping, and easy access (less than 10 minutes walk to the lakeside); it is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, but easily doable. The owner, Marco, was very friendly and helpful. We've decided that any return trip to Lake Como would include a stay here.

Okay at best.

Place wasn’t vacuumed. Fridge smelled and had mouldy water in freezer drip tray. Shower could do with a basic clean. No A/C just a noisy fan swinging around above the bed. Host tried to overcharge us for the city tax, then the cleaner asked us for the same tax but twice the amount it was meant to be. No parking on sight. Slightly expensive parking garage nearby for about 30-40€ a day. The place was fine overall if you need somewhere cheap to simply sleep and shower.

Hard to get in touch with the b&b. Did not answer messages. Had to call several times on different days to connect regarding questions. No breakfast included, or poorly communicated how to retrieve it, if included? Very odd to call it b&b if no breakfast somehow was provided.

Its Pretty Good not Great

A great location right in the village of Como. The room was spacious and beautiful. Cleanliness was ok but a bit questionable. Bed was clean and comfortable despite a broader lack of cleanliness. Bottled water was always provided which was quite nice. Walls where quite thin you could easily hear your neighbors. Overall a quality place for a weekend stay.

The property location is fantastic but it was lacking AC and it was super loud since we had to keep the window open all night. We did not enjoy our stay, it was super hot and we didn’t sleep. We asked for a fan but was ignored via message “what’s app” also it soo hot in the room we had to resort to wetting towels and putting it on our heads due to the heat. The property listed it has WIFI. But when we got there there is no WiFi… there is a lack of communication between us and the host. I was say this place would be perfect in the fall or winter. Or check out his other rooms for AC.
