"I was leery to stay here after reading the reviews. I decided to go w/the majority of the reviews and I'm glad I did! The area is a great area & close to alot. The grounds are beautiful! I chose the area based on location & the fact it had a kitchenette. I took a few dishes & a skillet, etc. I did take a hot plate just in case. I didn’t ask at the desk if they had any dishes, utensils, etc. They very well may have. That said, the stove top did work. There is a timer on the wall to keep the stove...

"The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. "

"Stayed here for two nights to attend a tournament at the Indiana Convention Centre. Great location just off the highway and a short 13 minute drive to the convention Centre. Exceptional value. The check in and customer service cannot be beat. This is a very well managed and run Motel. Will stay here again."
