"Had stayed at this hotel many times over th years. This year we came back and were a little disappointed. The updates are nice, but I fee because of this , the hotel has lost a lot of its classiness and charm . Used to remind you of a grand ballroom with a very welcoming feeling when you walk in. Now is very contemporary and cold feeling . No affordable breakfast for families, outdoor party and indoor pet going on were extremely loud. Overall people were friendly, but just not a place for families. Sadly we probably won’t be going back. "

"The property is unique, beautiful well located, and the staff is wonderful. Our room was very nice. It is the happening part of Indianapolis and their great restaurants right there. We pretty much walked to most restaurants and felt very safe."

"Awesome. Stayed here a few times. Staff very attentive. Social he was great. Just wish breakfast had different rotation for hot items. 4 days of same is too much. However there are lots of other options"
