「Property was well maintained and within a convenient distance in relation to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. 」

「I reserved an accessible room and requested a walk in or roll in shower. Upon check in we were told that the room had a walk in shower. This was not the case. The room had bathtub (which was very deep) and did not even have grab bars in the bathroom. We called the front desk and we're then told that there is only one room in the hotel that has a walk in shower and it was already taken. My question is: How can a wheelchair bound person possibly take a shower in a deep bathtub with no grab bars?...

「The company was in constant contact to make sure that we understood how the rental worked. We were able to check in with no contact, and our unit was available early. The unit was comfortable and clean. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. This is a family friendly place. Access to and views of the beach were lovely!」

「Location was great and Condo was very spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Right on the beach and easy access. Only negative was that the 2 elevators were not enough for the size of the building. Not many restaurants in walking distance and no sidewalks on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed so we didn’t go out to eat every night. 」

「Misscommunication on parking where I asked on check in do we need a parking pass was told no and got a friendly warning next day I may be towed. You need a parking pass. Told them that would not be on me and a bit more if that happened. Dish TV kinda works Staff is friendly. Location excellent 」

「The Beachview Condos don't have a beach view, but are a great location to the beach. You just have to cross the road & you're at the beach. FYI, 216 did not have a full kitchen - that wasn't obvious on the hotels.com description. Had a small fridge/freezer & they work well, coffee pot & microwave. Not the newest building or accommodations, but a good price comparatively & location was great! Within walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops. If you forgot something, start at the Dollar...

「I have stayed at Crystal towers for many years. Always pleased with the property. I love the two private pools, love the location. I didn’t like that after we booked, and paid a deposit, an additional $250 “Hangout Fee” was added that wasn’t apart of the cost when we originally booked back in December. 」

「The location was excellent! On the beach! All directions needed was included in the introductory email. It’s an older apartment set but it was clean and very nice. 」

「We stayed at the family woodside cabin and it was great! Two bedrooms and pull out couch in the living room was big enough for our family of 5. Loved the large pool and trails. Lots of wildlife, alligators, owls, sharks, snakes and a nature center located near the pool. 」

「Needs mattress replacing. Floors weren’t real clean and the stairs were brutal with luggage. Noisy neighbors drunk and screaming at traffic all night. It was fairly close to the beach so that was a plus. Overall 5/10」
