"Nice historic hotel, excellent service. Didn't like that room has no microwave, fridge or hot water kettle. We did get a microwave and fridge upon request. We also had to request for complimentary water and were not provided that upfront. "

The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them."
