No hot water in shower. Unsafe property. Very sketch. No blanket on beds, just a sheet. Shower was disgusting. No lamp in the place. Tv remote didn’t work.

We showed up at 8 for check-in. Our reservations were made 6 months prior. They gave away our rooms because “we didn’t show up before 6”. There is no disclaimer anywhere that states this is their policy. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional about the situation. We ended up having to find another place to stay at. After the same situation happened to others in the lobby, the staff started to hide in the back and not acknowledge anyone. This place needs to be shut down.
